Role Overview
- Support the sales team in building new customer relationships
- Research and identify potential new customers
- Pre-qualify leads according to defined criteria (ICP)
- Reach out to potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and phone (cold calls)
- Coordinate and hand over qualified leads to the sales team
- Document all activities and contacts in the CRM system
- Support sales initiatives and campaigns
- Build, maintain and refine target lists
- Identify potential customers' challenges and communicate them to the sales team
- Support the promotion of new features and offerings
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business, Economics, Communications, IT, or a related field)
- Interest in sales, SaaS, or B2B business models
- Comfortable making initial contact by phone (cold calls)
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Outgoing, friendly manner and enjoyment of networking
- Interest in IT and software topics
- Native-level German and good to very good English skills
- Motivated to learn new things and take on responsibility
