Serve as the top technical authority on projects, making decisions on technology choices, design approaches, solution architecture and implementation.
Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle excellence of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and adherence to best practices.
Responsible for maintaining good code quality by promoting and ensuring secure code hygiene.
Facilitate the conversation between Enterprise Architects, Business Architects, Vendors and Developers, by providing technical clarity on solution(s) to build and code to write.
Act as a translator between business stakeholders and technical engineers, to ensure that technical, security and privacy considerations are represented in strategic discussions and business objectives are being met by our solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience
Demonstrated progressive experience successfully designing, delivering, and maintaining Information Technology business solutions
Passion for emerging AI technologies and frameworks. Active experimentation with new LLMs and agentic approaches.
Experience driving and participating in technical discovery to architect and deliver solutions that meet program business objectives.
Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce core platform.
Deep knowledge of: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and its integration with Agentforce.
Strong experience in Applied AI, especially: Agentforce, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines Prompt engineering and agent-based frameworks
Designing and optimizing data pipelines for training/inference
Cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), Design solutions that integrate: Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, analytics tools External systems via APIs and real-time data ingestion.
