Coordination of appointments, meetings and daily schedules
Planning and organizing travel, including preparation and follow-up
Creation and maintenance of documents, presentations and materials
Reliable follow-up on tasks and priorities
Liaison between executive management, team leads and internal teams
Support with onboarding and involvement in contract and procurement processes
Organization of workshops, strategy meetings and internal team formats
Taking on smaller operational projects such as process optimizations or site-related matters, with the opportunity to develop your own areas of responsibility

University degree or initial experience in assistant or project roles
Structured, meticulous work style with a strong quality orientation
Professional, friendly and clear communication
Confident use of MS Office and digital tools
High reliability, discretion and motivation for development
Independent, proactive working style and the ability to maintain an overview even with changing requirements
Enjoy working in a team, taking responsibility and actively shaping internal processes
