Independent handling of the operational management of residential properties
Maintenance management as well as monitoring and coordination of service providers and tradespeople
Support for leasing activities – from advertising and candidate selection to the rental agreement
Oral and written correspondence with clients and tenants
Support in implementing the property strategy across the entire asset lifecycle in close cooperation with Asset Management
General master data maintenance

Completed training as a real estate agent/property manager or a comparable qualification
Both experienced professionals and career starters are welcome
Strong communication skills and organizational ability
Solution-oriented, team-oriented and reliable working style
Confident handling of MS Office
