Gerontopsychiatric Specialist

Role Overview

• Provide compassionate care for residents, including basic and treatment-related nursing care, as well as gerontopsychiatric care
• Value individualized care and design activation-focused daily activities based on each resident’s needs
• Document the care process for residents (medication administration, care records, etc.)
• Contribute to maintaining care quality together with the on-site team
• Act as a specialist and always be available to residents and their relatives

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a certified nurse, geriatric nurse, or health and hospital nurse with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
• Applications welcome with or without professional experience
• Team player with empathy for residents and colleagues
• Able to work independently, solution-oriented, and with a good sense of humor
• Willingness to work all shifts (including evenings, nights and weekends)
