About this role

Provide individual basic and treatment care, including gerontopsychiatric care for residents
Provide individualized support and activity-focused daily programming tailored to residents' needs
Document the care process for each resident (medication administration, care records)
Ensure quality of care in collaboration with the team
Serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents and their families

Completed professional training as a qualified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
Applicants with and without professional experience welcome
Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
Independent, solution-oriented, and with a sense of humor
Willingness to work all shifts (including nights and weekends)
Basic IT affinity and comfort using digital systems
