Role Overview
- Lead civil engineering design and technical delivery for utility-scale energy and infrastructure projects
- Develop and oversee complete site civil design packages
- Perform stormwater modeling and hydrologic analysis
- Serve as technical lead responsible for design quality
- Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide technical direction, markups, and mentorship to engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 12+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong experience preparing full site civil design packages
- Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Demonstrated expertise in grading design, drainage systems, and stormwater management
