Responsible for accounting (general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as bank accounts) for the two Sartorius entities in Poland
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Recording, posting, calculating and reviewing operational business transactions
Point of contact for local management and for all Group Functions on finance-related matters
Collaboration with external tax advisors for the preparation of VAT, corporate income tax (CIT) and personal income tax (PIT) filings
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial/vocational training
Several years of professional experience in accounting and experience with international accounting standards
Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (IAS and local standards) and tax law
Good understanding of business and tax-related contexts
Organized, structured and detail-oriented way of working
Good German and English skills, spoken and written; Polish language skills are a plus
Knowledge of SAP Business One (B1) is an advantage
