Managing complex O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items
Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data
Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions
Maintaining and updating SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
Delivering O2C training, onboarding sessions, and knowledge‑sharing workshops
Acting as the escalation point for internal teams and clients

Minimum 1 year of O2C experience, covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation
Good command of spoken and written English and Polish
minimum B2 level
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools
Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
Continuous improvement mindset and ability to document standardized processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
