Role Overview
- Improve the invoicing process and issuance of Nota Fiscal (tax invoice)
- Enhance and manage Laqus' collection cadence with other internal stakeholders (Sales, CS and Operations)
- Responsible for collecting from delinquent customers
- Manage accounts receivable aging
- Seek to improve average collection period through proactive process-improvement actions
- Maintain direct contact and relationships with external clients
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Shared Services Center (CSC) and preferably in billing/collections
- Degree in Finance or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on, implementation-oriented (builder) profile
- Strong process and systems orientation
