You are responsible for our employee magazine and continuously develop it — from creative ideation and cross-departmental editorial meetings through to final production
You organize and coordinate tours of our impressive power plants
You develop communication concepts for internal and external communications — including press relations — and implement them
You represent our company in a friendly and professional manner to the media, the public and our partners
You organize events and ensure smooth, inspiring experiences
You handle sponsorship and donation requests responsibly and reliably
You support the further development of our communication channels (e.g., websites, intranet, newsletters, info displays, social media)
You maintain, safeguard and further develop our corporate identity and corporate design in day-to-day operations
Administrative tasks, such as maintaining the intranet and the website and compiling press reviews, round off your responsibilities
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training in communications, marketing, journalism, media, or equivalent demonstrable and verifiable qualifications
Several years of experience in communications and marketing
Confident presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident use of digital tools and creative systems (including Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, CMS such as WordPress or TYPO3)
Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
Interest in and openness to our pumped-storage technology and the ability to prepare complex technical content in an understandable, audience-specific way
You bring a growth mindset — openness to new things, continuous development and a friendly, curious, solution-oriented attitude
