15+ years of experience in external communications, public relations, brand or lifestyle communications, or related fields.
Deep experience in earned media and media relations.
Building and managing high-level relationships with lifestyle, culture, entertainment, and community media.
Developing and pitching stories that secure meaningful editorial, broadcast, and digital coverage.
Proven track record leading lifestyle and/or community engagement programs.
Demonstrated people leadership experience (direct reports and complex cross-functional/agency leadership).
Executive presence with a strong ability to advise and influence senior leaders.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across various formats.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Proven ability to operate independently in a complex, fast-paced environment.
