About this role
Role Overview
Primary point of contact for customers in 2nd and 3rd level support
Analyze and customize customers' business processes
Support customers with technical and functional inquiries
Independent communication with customers, by phone and in writing
Careful documentation of support cases and contribution to improving software solutions
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist, IT business administrator)
Solid knowledge of current database systems (especially MySQL)
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented analysis of complex issues
Responsible and reliable team player
