Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
Work closely with stakeholders
Produce clear and structured functional documentation (e.g., business requirements, functional specifications, user stories)
Maintain and manage requirements using Jira and Confluence, ensuring traceability and clarity
Support agile delivery teams by refining backlog items, clarifying scope, and supporting sprint planning
Contribute to data-driven decision-making using reporting and analytics tools
Contribution to improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience, or time-to-market
Quality, accuracy, and completeness of business and functional requirements
Reduction in rework or clarification requests due to unclear requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
Strong team spirit and collaborative approach
Hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira
Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to understand and use Jira, Excel, Power BI or Looker for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
Telco experience or similar
Fluency in English and Portuguese.
