The Sage Group’s client is an American software company specializing in cloud computing for automated business workflows. They are seeking a Creative Production Manager to support the Brand Creative team, focusing on the production of print and digital assets for a flagship event with over 20,000 attendees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project intake, scoping, and scheduling for print and digital asset production across the event
- Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring milestones are clearly defined and deadlines are met across all deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between the creative team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
- Facilitate the print production process from file handoff through vendor delivery, tracking status and flagging risks early
- Conduct regular project check-ins and status reporting to keep leadership informed on progress, blockers, and capacity
- Identify and escalate production concerns, scope changes, or timeline risks before they become issues
- Build and maintain workflow documentation, project trackers, and asset logs to support a high-volume production environment
- Coordinate reviews and approval cycles, ensuring the right stakeholders are looped in at the right time
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative, marketing, or events environment
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume production workflows for print and digital assets
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Experience coordinating with external print vendors and managing file delivery timelines
- Solid understanding of creative production processes, including print specifications, approval workflows, and asset versioning
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Experience supporting large-scale events or campaigns strongly preferred
