Provide technical sales support for AMR/AMI projects.
Support includes pre-sale presentations, assistance during deployment of infrastructure and system implementation, and Tier 2 level support during post-deployment contract period.
Coordinate efforts with system deployment, customer support, sales, distributors, third party contractors, engineering, and operations to successfully support AMR/AMI systems.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree (Management Information Systems degree or similar technical field preferred)
2+ years’ experience supporting AMR/AMI systems
Software implementations background a plus
Ability to travel 50% of the time, typically overnight.
