About this role
Role Overview
Responsibility for a dedicated client portfolio with a focus on international health insurance solutions (Expats / Impats / ARKV)
Proactive servicing and advising of existing and new clients: contract drafting, quote/pricing calculation, policy administration and claims coordination
Analysis of client needs and derivation of appropriate product solutions; contribution to product and process optimizations
Building and maintaining long-term business relationships; regular reporting and achievement of revenue and service targets
Collaboration with our team to ensure continued development of the business area
Close cooperation with adjacent teams within Mercer Marsh Benefits, as well as with Mercer and Marsh client service managers
Requirements
Completed commercial or insurance-specific vocational training, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
Experience in health insurance / international health insurance and account management
Independent, structured working style
Strong commercial/entrepreneurial mindset, team orientation, initiative and customer-focused approach
Energy and willingness to engage with new sales and health-related topics
Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
