Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
Translate business requirements and high-level data collection requirements into well-defined analyses, reporting, and visualizations
Assist the team with the implementation and maintenance of scorecards, standard reports, and various workflows.
Monitor data to identify changes in business trends
Design and support the automation of reporting solutions
Extract existing data to calculate/format into presentable and actionable reports, charts, and graphs
Ability to analyze and relate relevant information/data from multiple sources
Ensure the accuracy and on time delivery of reports
Ability to work with minimum supervision, multitask and work collaboratively with a global audience
Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
Research and analyze information and data points to understand trends.

Graduate / Post Graduate with 1+ years of experience in Reporting
Experience using common BI tools such as QuickSight, Zendesk Explore and / or Salesforce Reporting, as well as advanced MS Excel
Strong critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
Professional fluency in the English language is essential, both written and oral
Ability to clearly communicate and support all levels of the business.
