Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles from job intake to offer acceptance
Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, creative outreach, and talent networks
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria
Screen candidates and conduct structured interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and potential
Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensuring timely communication and a strong candidate experience
Analyze recruiting metrics and use data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes
Help build #paid's employer brand through job posts, social content, and referral programs
Collaborate on onboarding, compensation benchmarking, and workforce planning
Work closely with new hiring managers through to C-suite and leadership teams, training and guiding them on effective hiring practices
Develop, update, and deliver training resources to support hiring managers across the organization
Stay up to date on hiring best practices and industry trends, bringing forward recommendations to continuously improve our approach

2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
Proven track record closing competitive roles across sales, marketing, or technical teams
Strong communicator—written and verbal—with a high bar for candidate experience
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment across EST time zones
Experience recruiting in Canada and the US
