About this role
Role Overview
Build and expand a new CRM system as the single source of truth for all customer data and customer interactions
Design, implement and optimize email marketing campaigns, lead-nurturing programs, and other automated marketing activities across the entire customer lifecycle
Analyze, segment and activate customer data to ensure targeted, relevant audience engagement
Train team members and other departments on marketing automation and CRM best practices
Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in CRM and marketing automation
Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing programs in a B2B environment
Excellent communication and project management skills, strong consultative abilities and confident stakeholder management
Solution-oriented, independent working style, strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and segmentation, and proven team player
