Role Overview
- Achieve operations and business performance goals for Franchisees
- Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process
- Track and review ongoing data and analytics
- Support Franchisees in remodeling and building new restaurants
- Participate in updates for operations initiatives and marketing rollouts
- Perform evaluations on restaurants
- Partner with Field Training Team for training support
Requirements
- Minimum High School or GED
- Preferred 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to build credibility and trusting relationships
- Able to use data to inform decisions
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of restaurant operations
- Resourceful and highly adaptable to changes in direction
