Role Overview
- Formulate job descriptions and vacancy postings and review applications
- Plan and manage the entire recruitment process
- Develop HR strategies and optimize workforce planning
- Advise employees on personnel matters and conduct employee discussions
- Lead and take responsibility for HR projects
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an HR generalist or HR officer in a dynamic environment
- Degree focused on Human Resources or a comparable qualification
- Strong analytical and communication skills in managing HR processes
- Knowledge of employment law, ideally also social security and tax law
- Proficient with MS 365 and HR management systems (LOGA)
- Independent planning and organization of appointments and work steps
