As (Senior) HR Business Partner, you will advise managers on all HR-related and employment law matters.
You will support employee discussions, manage change processes, and oversee personnel measures across the entire employee lifecycle.
Analyzing and handling employment law issues and developing viable solutions are also part of your responsibilities.
Work collaboratively and confidentially with the works council and support co-determination processes.
Identify HR trends, derive new measures, and actively contribute to HR projects and the further development of our HR function.
Regular travel to our casino locations in Lower Saxony.
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration (e.g., Business Administration, Business Law, Business Psychology) — ideally with a focus on HR, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with a comparable additional qualification.
Several years of experience in operational HR work, preferably in a comparable HR Business Partner role.
Solid knowledge of employment law, social security law, and works council law.
Strong communication and advisory skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.
Initiative, a solution-oriented working style, and team orientation.
Willingness to travel within Lower Saxony.
