Fulfillment Operations Manager – Days

Role Overview

• Support QVC and HSN, responsible for inbound or outbound operations
• Maintain benchmark levels of safety, efficiency, quality, productivity, continuous improvement
• Work support the team on days, Sunday
• Wednesday
• Build the initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics, and processes
• Lead a team of Area Managers and hourly associates
• Develop and administer operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Guide strategic planning and forecasting
• Develop teammates for career progression and learning
• Improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within the warehouse
• Use the site Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve perfect order fulfillment

Requirements

• 4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; prefer retail/e-commerce and apparel experience
• Experience developing and managing 50+ employees
• At least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment
• Experience using Kaizens or process improvement
• B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent additional experience
