DwyerOmega is seeking an Operations Project Manager to support initiatives related to footprint optimization and acquisition integration. This role involves analyzing operational data, coordinating project activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute integration and optimization efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational footprints across facilities, supply chains, and distribution networks
- Perform data collection, analysis, and documentation related to efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities
- Support integration activities for newly acquired entities, including documentation, tracking action items, and coordinating meetings
- Transition planning and execution
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to gather inputs and help align project activities
- Serve as a point of contact for scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and contingency plans
- Monitor progress and escalate risks or delays to management team
- Track KPIs and prepare reports and presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes
- Create communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder updates to support adoption of new processes
- Identify potential issues or risks and communicate them to senior team members for mitigation planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, supply chain, or a related business role
- Exposure to project management concepts or tools (formal certification not required)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and common project tracking tools
