New client acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, establish new relationships, and maintain the existing network
Existing client management: Strengthen and develop current client relationships and build sustainable partnerships
Advertising sales: Sell advertising solutions and cross-media campaigns; prepare tailored proposals and pricing
Direct outreach: Contact clients in person, by phone or in writing, and at events
Pharma & Healthcare focus: Target companies and agencies from the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and related industries
Documentation: Record sales activities in Salesforce and regularly report KPIs to the Chief Sales Officer
Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from Sales, CRM, Product Management, Editorial, and Marketing

Completed vocational training or degree in marketing, sales, media, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and contract negotiations
Strong negotiating skills when dealing with decision-makers
Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce
Excellent German skills and good English skills
