Lead and further develop the field sales team and internal processes
Oversee existing customer relationships, acquire new customers, close sales, provide assortment recommendations, coordinate promotional sales and specialist retail presentations
Conduct market, customer and KPI analyses, and manage and optimize the webshop and e‑commerce campaigns
Coordinate with buyers and store management
Requirements
Completed training in the hospitality industry or relevant experience as a customer account manager, plus a strong passion for sales and customer contact
Experience in service and sales, strong numeracy and experience maintaining an online shop
Results-oriented and committed, self-motivated, creative and a team player
Excellent communication skills, professional interpersonal manner and a professional appearance
