Own and drive a defined set of enterprise-wide initiatives that directly impact associate experience (e.g., productivity, digital workplace, access, onboarding, collaboration, security usability)
Develop the change plan and prepare leaders: articulate the rationale for the change, set change objectives and map a project timeline built around key moments that matter to affected employees
Translate enterprise tech priorities into clear initiative charters, success metrics, milestones, and delivery plans
Ensure initiatives remain outcome-focused, value-driven, and aligned with broader IT and enterprise strategy
Create a consolidated view of technology changes affecting employees, run impact-assessment matrices, and apply tiered support to allocate resources efficiently
Partner with Corporate Communications to develop comprehensive associate adoption strategies utilizing multi-modal channels and strategies to ensure new technologies are embraced by the workforce
Champion the associate perspective across initiatives, ensuring solutions balance security, reliability, and usability
Use data, feedback, and experience metrics to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
Identify friction points in the associate journey and proactively propose technology-enabled improvements
Partner with business leaders, HR, Corporate Communications, IT delivery teams and selected affected employees to develop timelines and execution plans
Act as the primary point of accountability for initiatives’ progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions
Coordinate across IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and business leaders to resolve trade-offs, manage interdependencies, and drive timely decisions
Manage and develop one or two direct reports, setting clear goals, priorities, and development plans
Establish lightweight governance to ensure initiatives are well-scoped, appropriately resourced, and delivering expected outcomes
Requirements
15+ years of experience in IT, technology transformation, program leadership, or enterprise initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required
PMP, PROSCI and/or Agile certifications preferred
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
Proven experience managing and communicating large scale employee impacting changes
Strong understanding of enterprise IT domains, particularly Technology Operations and Information Security
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and navigate competing priorities
Experience managing small, high-impact teams
Experience driving associate or employee experience initiatives at enterprise scale
Familiarity with digital workplace technologies, identity/access, endpoint management, or collaboration platforms
Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to senior governance forums
