About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate workflows in the enzyme analytics area in consultation with the supervisor
Organize task distribution and act as the central contact for technical and process-related questions
Perform, evaluate and release results of enzyme analytics, including sample management
Implement quality-assurance measures (e.g., proficiency tests, audits) and support method validation and establishment
Train new employees and ensure cross-departmental communication
Requirements
Completed degree in food technology, food chemistry, biotechnology, or a comparable natural science program — or completed training as a laboratory technician / biological laboratory technician with at least 3 years' professional experience in enzyme analytics
Professional experience in food analytics, bioanalytics, or enzyme-based analytics is an advantage
Independent, structured and quality-oriented working style
Team player with strong organizational skills and flexibility
Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1 level)
