Medical Technologist – Radiology (MTR), Interventional Therapy

Role Overview

• Independently perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray and CT, mammography and MRI examinations).
• Work closely with radiologists and assist with fluoroscopy, angiography and interventional procedures.
• Rotate between imaging equipment and workstations, providing a varied range of responsibilities.
• Participate in weekly case meetings with physicians to review interesting cases and pursue ongoing, specialized professional development.
• Share on-call and standby duties on a rotating basis with colleagues; background and night shifts may be required alternatively.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Technologist for Radiology (MTR) (m/f/d).
• Possess current radiation protection (Strahlenschutz) certification.
• Experience in MRI and/or angiography is desirable.
• Service-oriented, highly self-motivated and flexible.
• Team player with a readiness to help and mutual support considered a matter of course.
