Managing existing clients and acquiring new customers
Conducting sales trips
Participation in trade shows and travel fairs
Preparing offers, contracts and billing for group bookings
Close communication and collaboration with all hotel departments
Welcoming and assisting groups; coordinating, preparing and executing events; supporting the sales team
Maintaining the customer database “NextGuest” and entering group reservations into the booking system “Suite8” (any missing knowledge will be gladly provided)
Administrative tasks
Requirements
At least 1–2 years of professional experience in hotels, sales, administration or reservations
Reliable, communicative and able to work under pressure
Friendly demeanor
Team player with a professional appearance and good manners
Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
