Role Overview
- Diagnose, identify and resolve user requests
- Manage data flows: orders, backups, revenue, inventory
- Perform monitoring and supervision of data, servers and store infrastructure
- Ensure traceability of actions in ticketing tools
- Handle user requests
- Participate in deployment operations
- Provide technical support to users
- Ensure maintenance and operation of hardware and software
- Analyze requests using established processes
- Adhere to service commitments and SLAs
Requirements
- Degree in IT (equivalent to 2–3 years post-secondary / Associate's or Bachelor's level)
- Proven experience in an IT technician role
- Strong technical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good listening skills
- Service-oriented mindset
