About this role
Role Overview
- Receive user requests (by phone, e-mail).
- Analyze and document the client's request.
- Perform an initial remote diagnosis.
- Identify and resolve incidents by creating and tracking tickets to ensure their closure via our ticketing system.
- Assist users in the use of their equipment and business applications.
Requirements
- Self-taught and passionate about IT OR higher education in IT (e.g., BAC Pro SEN, BTS SIO, or DUT in Networks and Telecommunications).
- Technical knowledge: strong proficiency in Windows environments (Microsoft Office, Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server).
- Networking and helpdesk experience.
- Good knowledge of databases: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle.
