Client Communications Specialist

Role Overview

• Ensure satisfaction of B2B clients
• Manage a portfolio of clients and support them with their print and digital advertising communications
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across diverse industries
• Advise clients on the creation of their advertising and oversee production stages
• Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure client needs are addressed
• Create simple mock-ups using an automated advertising platform

Requirements

• Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on client satisfaction
• Excellent command of the French language, including spelling
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Proactive, autonomous, and well organized
