Organize the secretariat of the Communications and Marketing Department at the broadcasting center in Berlin
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming emails in the press mailbox
Support the communications team by uploading press releases and articles into the content management system
Assist editorial teams at internal and external events
Coordinate internal and external meetings and sessions
Prepare meeting materials and take minutes
Support the department's procurement processes
Coordinate and optimize digital filing systems
Assist with travel planning and booking using the Cytric travel management system

Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent professional background
Professional experience as a secretary or assistant
Confident user of MS Office (knowledge of SAP MM and Coghos is a plus)
Ideally: knowledge of standard workflows in a communications department
Some experience with content management systems (advantageous but not mandatory)
Reliable and structured working style
Communicative team player with strong interpersonal skills
Friendly and diplomatic manner
Strong organizational skills and flexibility
