Deploy SKEMA’s global brand and communication strategy within the UAE and the broader GCC environment
Strengthen SKEMA’s visibility, attractiveness, and reputation in the region
Act as the primary local communications partner for the Dubai campus
Adapt and implement SKEMA’s global brand strategy for the UAE market
Ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines and institutional positioning
Create and localize high-quality content across channels
Support internal communications initiatives at the campus level
Execute local marketing campaigns in coordination with global teams
Contribute to campaign performance tracking and optimization
Manage and grow the local social media presence
Develop engaging, culturally relevant content tailored to UAE/GCC audiences
Build and maintain relationships with UAE-based media
Draft press releases and coordinate interviews and media opportunities
Support the organization and promotion of local events
Provide regular KPI reporting to global teams
Share market insights and trends specific to the UAE and GCC region

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles
Experience in the UAE or GCC market strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of Arabic is highly valued and considered a strong asset
Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and performance tracking
Experience in event coordination and stakeholder engagement is a plus
Experience in higher education or professional services is advantageous
