About this role
Role Overview
Development, planning and implementation of paid social campaigns
Independent management and optimization of campaigns
Responsibility for KPI targets within the budget framework
Coordination with various stakeholders to produce creatives
Continuous performance measurement and reporting
Identification and testing of new platforms
Requirements
Completed university degree in economics, media or communications, or an equivalent qualification
Good knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.)
Experience with A/B testing, tracking (e.g., Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs) and performance analysis
Creativity in messaging and brand-compliant design
Interest in AI-supported applications in paid social marketing
Strong initiative and organizational skills
