About this role
Role Overview
- Support IT applications to resolve incidents and handle access management
- Develop and maintain IT services and IT Assets related documentation
- Analyze and implement IT service and process controls
- Prepare regular reports on IT services incidents and performance
- Coordinate IT Services security hardening and vulnerability management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Provide training and mentoring as an SME
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT services management (ITSM) and production support
- Knowledge in Windows/Linux OS and/or AWS cloud for troubleshooting
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate at all organizational levels
- Experience in document management services is a huge plus
- Fluent English in spoken and written communication
