You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
You manage and administer inquiries in the ServicePortal (Mon–Sat, between 7:00–19:00) up to 5 days a week and 8 hours per day
You skillfully escalate tickets to downstream support units
You manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements

Your strengths include excellent communication skills and a strong command of written and spoken expression
Ideally, you have some initial professional experience in an IT environment
You are able to communicate very well in German (at least C1)
You have good English skills, both written and spoken.
