Manager, Partnership Development – Agriculture & Food

Role Overview

• Manage and implement strategies to acquire food
• Work closely with the food bank network to ensure the efficient recovery and distribution of donated food
• Cultivate relationships with agricultural producer groups and industry partners
• Manage and execute targeted sales and strategic plans to increase food donations
• Create and deliver high impact presentations for potential donors

Requirements

• Completion of an undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of sales and/or fundraising experience
• Demonstrated experience in agriculture, agri-business and or food procurement and sales
• Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset
• Highly energetic and enthusiastic, takes initiative with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
