Utilize exceptional project management skills to manage pre-event communication and post-event follow-up
Manage all aspects of events, including booth design, materials, shipping, and on-site setup
Track follow-up, collaborating with sales teams to measure results
Requirements
8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience building, executing, and scaling multiple, complex, multi-faceted events and trade shows, ideally within technology and beauty & wellness.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Strong event management, project management, budget management, and reporting experience including using customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
Demonstrated experience in working with product and lead generation teams, using events as activity to support awareness, relationship building and/or lead generation and reporting ROI.
Experience managing vendor teams, and supervising staff and crew.
