About this role
Role Overview
- Lead and monitor all phases of IT projects
- Assist business teams in defining and documenting their requirements
- Conduct requests for proposals (RFPs) and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Ensure the selected solution is compatible with the company’s information system
- Provide operational leadership and oversight of the project team
- Support and assist end-user teams during the various phases of the project
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or equivalent higher education
- Proven, substantial experience in managing IT projects
- Experience with migrating standard or custom software solutions
- Strong skills in cross-functional (matrix) management
- Proficiency with project management methods and tools (Agile methodologies)
- Recognized leadership capabilities
- Excellent service orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
