As part of quality assurance, you assess legal requirements and design practical solutions for our products — in close cooperation with colleagues from software development.
Your responsibilities also include: conducting legal and compliance tests and producing clear, traceable documentation.
Performing risk assessments based on changes in legislation and deriving quality gates.
Creating test cases based on legal requirements to secure new and existing features.
Supporting release and quality checks, e.g. in the context of ITSG audits and approval processes. You will work closely with colleagues from product management and software development and actively contribute your expertise to technical discussions.
Requirements
Very good knowledge of and practical experience in payroll and payroll processing.
Solid knowledge of payroll-related laws and regulations, particularly tax and social security law, payroll tax and reporting obligations.
Ability to interpret legal texts confidently and to derive robust, practical guidelines and recommendations from them.
Enjoyment in raising colleagues’ awareness of legal requirements and in explaining legal topics clearly.
An analytical, structured way of working, a sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of both independent work and teamwork.
Very good communication and presentation skills, precise working methods and strong problem-solving abilities.
Completed degree or completed vocational training with relevant professional experience.
Ideally, you also bring initial experience in project or stakeholder management as well as collaboration with associations or external institutions.
