Requirements
- Experience in innovation management or product development within a B2B software organization
- Solid understanding of AI technologies
- Confident in methods such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Jobs-to-be-Done, or Agile Product Discovery
- Strong communication skills, structured, empathetic, and action-oriented
- Creative openness and a passion for learning through experimentation
