Installation and demonstration of the company’s workshop programs/workshop software at customer sites
Sales of commercial merchandise management systems (ERP) and vehicle-specific parts catalogs
Independent planning and execution of customer appointments
Creation of user guides and documentation
Maintenance of existing customer records in the software
Training of employees and customers
Participation in WM workshop trade shows

Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector or in IT
Several years of professional experience in automotive parts wholesale with customer contact is an advantage
Excellent product-range knowledge and an understanding of market and customer needs
Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional manner
Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
Strong interest in information technologies and technical interrelationships
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
Confident use of MS Office applications
Driving licence class B (or class 3)
