Managing and advising an existing regional customer base and acquiring new customers in the passenger car sector
Independently planning and conducting customer appointments
Active selling of the product range
Optimizing and further developing existing sales processes
Conducting market monitoring and competitor analysis
Supporting sales and customer events
Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 analysis tool)
Responsibility for sales and profitability
Participation in the WM workshop trade fairs

Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive industry
Field sales experience within the automotive sector
Understanding of market and customer needs
Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional manner
Good written and spoken German
Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
Confident use of MS Office applications
Driving license class B (formerly class 3)
