About this role
Role Overview
- Completely Project Manage assigned residential reconstruction projects, ensuring correct production and quality control efforts meet Dry Force standards
- Selling and closing the Residential Reconstruction job to the Homeowner
- Building estimates using Matterport software into production
- Coordinating internal pre/post-production efforts
- Assisting customers through the insurance claims process
- Managing subcontractors, insurance companies, coworkers, and customers
- Inspection of job sites on a regular basis
- Complete all reconstruction jobs efficiently, maintaining profitable revenue expectations
- Maintaining safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of Project Management experience in a related field
- Proven track record of success in the construction or restoration industry
- Subcontractor management skills
- High level of customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Daily territory travel by company car
