The Account Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding strong relationships with C-suite level (CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s), Student Groups and other influencers/decision-makers in strategically important large accounts within assigned geography.
Develops and executes strategies that will create access to students, employees and key contacts within targeted accounts.
Executes persuasive presentations and drives focused on the member value proposition to recruit targeted audiences to the registry.
Develops collaborative partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, leading without authority to drive alignment and coordination across the member recruitment teams.
Provides sound business recommendations and demonstrate a keen ability to prioritize and execute on current and future opportunities.
Demonstrates knowledge of Cell Therapy landscape to include pathways/guidelines.
Account Manager will demonstrate focused and comprehensive strategic account planning skills.
Monitors and tracks performance of existing initiatives and adjusts accordingly based on sound business decisions.
Requirements
Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
Minimum total of 3 years of successful account management and/or sales experience.
Knowledge of strategic account selling and planning.
Salesforce, Microsoft office, with Excel skills.
Excellent oral/written communication skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be available to travel 20%.
