Definition of relevant marketing KPIs and establishment of consistent measurement methods
Preparation & presentation of management reporting and performance analyses
Dashboards & data visualization
Preparation, provision & ownership of real-time dashboards to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that serve as a basis for management decisions
Process optimization & marketing operations
Development, optimization and automation of end-to-end marketing processes by advancing and integrating the marketing tech stack
Building efficient workflows, internal best practices and smooth operational processes
Ensuring alignment of all marketing initiatives with strategic company goals
Budget & resource management
Supporting the Head of Marketing with planning, controlling and monitoring budgets in close coordination with the Finance team
Providing data-driven budget and resource planning for management and stakeholders
Requirements
Entrepreneurial mindset, high flexibility and proven experience in helping drive growth and scale
Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or a related field plus at least three years of hands-on experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing and Marketing Operations
Strong analytical skills and solid expertise in tracking, analytics tools and Excel
Strong data-driven decision-making ability and confident handling of relevant performance KPIs
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
