Overall responsibility for Brand & Performance as an integrated marketing system with a clear focus on ROI, scalability and repeatability.
Build and lead a capital-allocation marketing operating system with a weekly decision cadence.
Manage a double-digit million marketing budget against core KPIs (CAC, payback, retention, incrementality & MMM-based ROI).
Establish a scalable testing engine (media & creatives) with measurable testing velocity and an increasing rate of scaled learnings.
Lead, enable and develop the marketing team, including clear standards, ownership structures and investor-ready communication at C-level and board level.
Requirements
Experience from a real scale-up phase: You have owned marketing in a comparable growth stage and managed budgets with measurable focus on CAC, payback, retention and LTV/CAC.
Strong app-marketing background: You understand B2C app growth firsthand (ideally 500k+ users) and make informed decisions on budget, portfolio and forecasts.
Brand & performance in one: You don’t treat brand and performance separately but combine positioning, messaging and media into measurable growth.
Data-driven: You use models, tests and insights to make better decisions.
Confident communication: You communicate clearly, structured and decisively at C-level and with investors.
